Susana Ofori-Buadu is an experienced board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner with over seven years of diverse nursing experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kettering College in Dayton, Ohio, and further pursued a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in psychiatric and mental health, from the University of Texas at Arlington. Following her academic achievements, she completed an extensive one-year Nurse Practitioner Residency at the Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

 

During this residency, she honed her skills across various psychiatric domains, including outpatient general psychiatry, Primary Care-Mental Health Integration (PCMHI), geriatric outpatient care, consult-liaison psychiatry, inpatient psychiatry, and substance abuse clinics.

 

Currently, Susana works as a Nurse Practitioner at the Veterans Affairs (VA), Dallas, Texas.
